Peer Support Group for Alienated Fathers

You’re not alone in this

ADAPS (Alienated Dads Altogether Peer Support) is a free peer-led support space for fathers affected by parental alienation, delivered through confidential virtual group sessions via Zoom.

The group exists to provide a respectful, supportive environment where dads can share experiences, feel heard, and reduce the isolation that often comes with separation and loss of contact — without the pressure of face-to-face attendance.

ADAPS is not a legal or therapeutic service. It focuses on emotional support, shared understanding, and mutual respect, offering accessible support regardless of location.

Sessions are facilitated to ensure safety, balance, and confidentiality for all participants.
